Good Friday

Blessed be Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Consider how great our sins before Almighty God. Consider the cost Jesus had to pay to atone and appease the wrath of God for the sins you and I have committed. The physical beating Jesus took was not all that He suffered though. Through all that at the same time the wrath of God was poured out upon Him in such ferocity that we will never understand.

Thank you Jesus.

If you have not surrendered you life to Jesus Christ, look at what He has done for you. Will you refuse so great a salvation?

"But God demonstrates His love for us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more than, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only this, but we also exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation." (Rom 5:8-11)
